    - ADVANCED QUERIES

  1. To find content with any of your search terms -

  2. To find an exact phrase -
    • Put the phrase inside of double-quotes.
    • Example: "state capital"

  3. Include or exclude words -
    • To guarantee a keyword is always included in your search, place a plus sign (+) directly before the word with no spaces. To exclude a term, simply place a minus sign (-) before the word.
    • Example: +state -capital
    • Example: +"state capital" -omaha

  4. Using Wildcards -
    • By using an asterisk (*) at the end of a keyword, you can search for multiple forms of the word.
    • Example: laugh* (will find words such as laugh, laughing, laughter)
