Scott Gutschewski will golf with pop star in 2006 debut

Omahan Scott Gutschewski's first PGA Tour event of 2006 will mix golf with star-gazing. At this week's AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, pros are paired with celebrities for the first three days. Gutschewski learned he'll team with teen pop idol and former NSYNC singer Justin Timberlake.




Mild days mean busy Midlands fairways

When Midlands golf pros do yearly revenue projections, they all write down the same number for January. Zero. "Anything in December, January or February," said Jamie Bodwell, city golf manager in Papillion, "we consider gravy money." Well, the gravy has been flowing across golf courses in Nebraska and Iowa the past month.
