Species: White-tailed deer.


Size: 5 by 5.


Where: Cass County.


Additional information: This buck proves that patience pays. Seth, a junior at Omaha Bryan, saw the deer the past three years. His brother had a chance to shoot it last year but decided to let it grow another year. Seth shot it on opening morning of the rifle season. Even with a broken G-2, the buck green-scored in the mid-140s.
